Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

During periods of high demand, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, you will be notified.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • United States: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping (United States Only)

At this time, Vaydr ships exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states.

Orders are fulfilled using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and package size.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

This is due to regulatory, tax, and compliance requirements (including VAT and import obligations). As Vaydr grows, we plan to expand international availability and will announce updates when international shipping becomes available.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Vaydr is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Packages returned due to incomplete or inaccurate address details

If an order is returned to us due to address issues, reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Vaydr is not responsible for shipping delays, loss, or theft after delivery.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or building management

  • Contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number

We will assist where possible, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on size, materials, or destination regulations. Vaydr reserves the right to cancel or modify orders that cannot be fulfilled.
