Warranty Policy

Our Commitment

Every pair of Vaydr sunglasses are built to perform, and we stand behind that. If something goes wrong because of how we made them, we'll make it right.

Warranty Coverage

Vaydr offers two levels of warranty coverage:

Standard Warranty — 1 Year: All Vaydr eyewear comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase automatically.

Extended Warranty — 5 Years: Customers who activate their warranty at www.vaydr.com/warranty receive 5-year coverage from the date of purchase. Activation must be completed within 60 days of your order date.

What's Covered

Your warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including:

  • Frame structural failures (cracking, breaking, or warping under normal use)
  • Lens defects, including delamination or manufacturing irregularities that affect optical clarity
  • Hardware failures, including hinge malfunctions and nose pad detachment that occur under normal use

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Scratches or scuffs on lenses from normal wear
  • Accidental damage — drops, impacts, bending, or crushing
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or modification of the product
  • Lost or stolen frames
  • Cosmetic wear that doesn't affect the function of the eyewear (fading, minor surface marks)
  • Damage caused by exposure to extreme heat, chemicals, or solvents

How to Make a Claim

  1. Email us at vaydrsunglasses@gmail.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim"
  2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
  3. Attach a photo or short video showing the defect

We'll review your claim within 2–3 business days and follow up with next steps. Approved claims will be resolved by repair or replacement at our discretion.

We don't make you jump through hoops. If it's a legitimate defect, we'll take care of it.

  • This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
  • Warranty claims are subject to verification of purchase through our records.
  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by location.
